Role Overview
As a Nightly Janitor with Initiative Commercial Cleaning LLC, you'll be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and secure facilities during overnight hours in Chugiak, AK. This position offers $20 per hour and requires working from 2:00 AM to 5:30 AM. You'll perform comprehensive cleaning tasks while ensuring facilities are ready for the next business day.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of all assigned areas during overnight shift
Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, and common areas
Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop hard floors
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
Ensure building security protocols are followed
Report any maintenance issues or security concerns immediately
Complete detailed cleaning checklists for each facility
