Role Overview
As a Custodian with Initiative Commercial Cleaning LLC, you’ll help maintain clean, safe spaces for our clients across Eagle River, Anchorage, and Wasilla. You’ll perform routine cleaning tasks, handle time-sensitive requests, and ensure each facility reflects the professional standard our customers expect.
Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and high-touch surfaces
Vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain floors and common areas
Empty trash and replace liners/bags as needed
Restock supplies when assigned (paper goods, soap, etc.)
Follow site-specific checklists and quality expectations
Report supply needs, maintenance issues, or safety concerns promptly
